Luzette Njweipi is an accountant with a MSc. in Accounting and a BSc. in Accounting.

She has 8 years of accounting experience in different industries including Government IT Contracting, Government Telecommunications and Engineering contracting, Non profit organizations, Healthcare reimbursement and analytics, Life Science and diagnostic industry, Accounting Firms, Pharmaceutical Companies and IT Professional Services.

 

She has held various accounting roles in different companies including leadership roles such as CEO,CFO, Senior accountant and Assistant Finance Director, where she was charged with the responsibility of handling the Accounting for clients from small to medium size industries. As a leader she is able to quickly analyze a set of financial statements, generate the needed financial reports and provide insight and recommendations on what the company's strengths are based on their revenue streams and what areas are driving up cost and how the company's profitability can be increased by minimizing cost while driving up revenue and efficiency. As a leader she has founded 4 profitable companies of her own and provides advice and direction to many small business owners that fill her circle.

Apart from her accounting skills and dedication to excellence. Her core strengths include a strong business mind, unique analytic skills, Cost benefit analysis and the ability to drive sales and manage the effective set up of any business.
